Subject to the terms and conditions ("Terms") set forth below, members of Zavida PERKs will earn points in connection with the purchase of qualifying products online that are redeemable towards free products and discounts towards your order amount.

Membership and Eligibility

Zavida PERKs ("Program") is a free rewards program offered by Zavida Coffee Company Inc. ("Zavida") and can be obtained by opening or having an existing account. Members to the Program ("Membership") is offered to residents located in the US and Canada, and over the age of 18 ("Minors"). Minors must obtain their parents' or legal guardians' consent prior to enrolling and participating in the Program. Our Membership is limited to one account per individual. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Zavida and its affiliates are eligible for Membership but may be excluded from certain promotions.

 

It is required that all Members keep their Account information up to date. Zavida may also obtain a change of address or address updates from other sources such as the Postal Service but is not obligated to do so. The information you provide as a member of the Program will be handled according to Zavida's privacy policy.

 

You may cancel your Membership at any time by closing your Zavida account or requesting to be excluded from the Program by contacting us. Upon cancellation, any unused points accrued in your account will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed.

 

BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION AND ENROLLING FOR MEMBERSHIP, YOU AGREE (OR, IF YOU ARE A MINOR, YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN AGREES) TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

Earning and Redeeming

Under the Program, for every U.S. or Canadian dollar spent (as applicable based on country of purchase) on Zavida products online at www.zavida.com or www.zavida.ca., and only if you use your registered Membership email on your order, you will receive 1 PERK point when you check out. We also offer bonus points events from time to time and in that circumstance the bonus points offer would apply in lieu of these point thresholds. For example, if we had a double point offer you would get 2 points for every U.S. or Canadian dollar spent instead of the usual 1 point. It does not include e-gift certificates or shipping costs. Points may be redeemed for Rewards to be determined by Zavida in its sole discretion, where from time to time allow points to be redeemable for other products indicated on the Program Launcher and page. Rewards are typically deluxe samples, actual product size, or discounts. Members are eligible to redeem a Reward if you have enough points in your account for that specific Reward.

 

All Members will receive a birthday reward of 250 bonus points each year. Members with a valid email and their birthday entered in their PERKs Account will receive a free bonus on their entered birthday. In order to automatically receive your birthday reward, you must enter your birth date at least 30 days before the date of your birthday. Zavida reserves the right to change the birthday reward at any time.

 

PERK points earned online from purchases of qualifying products will be credited within 72 hours after shipping. The timing for issuing points is subject to change.

Order Cancellations and Returns

Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, refund, returned check due to non-sufficient funds, or other credit will be deducted from the Member's account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction, including bonus points. Rewards are shipped with paid products only. For example, if part of your order is canceled, the Reward item in your order will ship with the rest of your paid products. If your entire order is canceled, we will not ship your Reward because a paid product purchase is required.

Exclusions

Points accumulated on different Accounts of different Members may not be combined or aggregated. Points earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction. Points are never redeemable for cash, for another product (unless expressly permitted by Zavida) or for e-gift certificates, unless expressed by Zavida. The retail value of the Reward may not count toward the free shipping threshold. Rewards can only be redeemed online and shipped to addresses in the US or Canada.

Terms

By submitting an application for a Membership and joining the Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these Program guidelines. It’s Zavida Coffee Company Inc.’s sole discretion and reserves the right to cancel, alter, or restrict Zavida PERKs or any aspect of the Program, including, without limitation, Program rules, eligibility, or the point conversion ratio at any time. Where these changes can be made without advance notice, furthermore, these changes may affect the Member's ability to use points already accumulated.

 

YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING SUCH CHANGES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES.

 

By submitting an application for Membership, you agree (or, if a Minors, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to receive communications (advertising, promotional, etc.) from Zavida. This is an automatic subscription when you become a Member.

 

A Member's points balance, as reflected in Zavida's records, shall be deemed correct. Zavida assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect Member information. Your right to transfer points earned are granted under the Program and is strictly limited to the Program Guidelines indicated.

 

Zavida reserves the right to revoke any Member's membership at any time in its sole but reasonable discretion, without limitation, if such Member engages in abuse, manipulation or "gaming" of the Program or fails to follow the terms and conditions of the Program. The sale of points, transfer of Membership or Membership purchases for non-Members is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your points as well as suspension or termination of your membership, which in each case shall be final and conclusive. If your Membership is revoked or otherwise canceled, any points in your account will automatically expire. Zavida reserves the right to make changes to its Site and these Terms at any time. Members are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. By joining the Program, you hereby agree to be bound by any such changed Terms.
