Log into your Zavida customer account and then click on the grey “Store Credit” button on the left under your name and address. A window will open with your store credit amount and your Loyalty Card code. Copy the Loyalty Card code and use it at checkout.

You can also find your Loyalty Card code by clicking on the Rewards widget at the bottom left-hand side of the screen. Your code will appear under your store credit total. Copy your code and use it at checkout.

The full balance will be applied to your order when you paste your code at checkout. It is not possible to use just a portion of your store credit. You can use your store credit and combine it with another discount code or promotion at checkout for even more savings!
