Zavida.com ships only to the contiguous United States and utilizes UPS for all US-wide shipments. We do not offer shipping at this time to Hawaii or Alaska. We do not ship to Rural Route (RR) addresses or PO Boxes of any kind. If an order is placed to a Rural Route address or PO Box your order will be cancelled and a refund issued immediately. A physical address must be provided at the time of checkout. Other address restrictions may apply based on location and proximity to frequent UPS travel routes. Zavida reserves the right to cancel an order at any time based on shipping localities and related shipping costs.
We offer everyday free shipping on orders of $65 or more before tax shipped to most US addresses excluding those mentioned above and other restrictions may apply. Free shipping will be added automatically to any orders of $65 and above. If your order is below $65, you will be provided with a UPS shipping quote upon checkout prior to placing your order.
For orders that qualify for free shipping, Zavida is responsible for any additional fees, including taxes, duties, tariffs, or custom brokerage fees. If you are charged for any of these shipping-related fees, please proceed with payment to UPS and be sure to retain your shipping receipt/shipping records. Email us at email@example.com and include your documentation for immediate reimbursement.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt. You can log in at any time here at zavida.com to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped via UPS, Zavida considers the order to be complete. You will receive an email notification from UPS including tracking information and scheduled delivery date. For shipping related inquiries, UPS can be contacted directly once you are provided with your tracking number and related information.
All products carry a limited 30-day customer satisfaction policy from the original invoice date and are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Open merchandise is not eligible for return.
2. Returned products must be unopened and not physically damaged. Zavida is not responsible for return shipping costs.
3. All fees including shipping are non-refundable.
